I help neurodivergent queer people who are struggling with figuring out who they are and how their neurodivergence impacts them and want to mask less often, improve their relationships, stop overthinking, feel less burnt out and regulate their emotions more effectively.
I often work with queer adults who are autistic and/or ADHD and may have been diagnosed late in life. Many of them have struggled for years to fit in, to find where they are truly valued and seen, and to be productive consistently in a world that is often not built for how their brains function. They frequently struggle in relationships, either giving too much or not knowing how to meet other people’s expectations of them, and struggle with boundaries, self-esteem, overwhelm, burnout and effective self-care including having issues with food and eating.
I provide individual and couples interpersonal therapy for queer neurodivergent adults who are exploring identity questions, challenges in their relationships, at work and in self-care.
