SARON BRYAN, LMSW

They/Them

When you are in the room with me, my number one concern is helping you feel deeply seen, understood, and validated. I will guide you inward to your primary emotions, which can sometimes feel a little scary or uncomfortable, and will support you as you learn to access them, hear and understand what they are trying to tell you, and use them as agents to heal. I emphasize vulnerability and honesty with yourself and those you care about. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we focus on the things that are important to you and work together to find a path to healing and wholeness.

I excel at partnering with trauma survivors (particularly religious trauma), queer clients, neurodivergent clients (especially adults diagnosed later in life), and clients in non-traditional relationships (especially kink and ethical non-monogamy). Because I work from an emotion-focused perspective, survivors and those experiencing relational difficulty can expect to tap into the power of their deepest and most vulnerable selves. Everyone is welcome through my door, and I will always work to partner together to help you find emotional healing.
